What it does
The challenge
Revenue-cycle teams run the same work by hand every day inside legacy billing portals: checking claim status, posting ERAs, working collections, one login and click-path at a time. The systems have no usable API, so the work cannot be automated the normal way, and every new task means another manual playbook.

Staff type what they want in plain English, and the agent drives a live browser to do it, recording every action as an editable step rather than a black box.

Reusable blocks, composed into flows
Recorded steps become named blocks (login and MFA, claim lookup, ERA posting) that compose into larger flows, so a new automation is assembled from proven parts instead of built from scratch.

Reads the screen, decides, connects
The engine reads labeled fields and tables off the page, branches on what it finds, flags a human when it is unsure, and calls APIs and lookup tables where they exist.

Safe against real payer systems
It handles MFA and OTP login, reuses sessions, and gates write-back behind an explicit switch, so it can read and stage changes without touching a payer record by accident.
