A QR-based ordering platform for cafes, architected for multi-tenant SaaS. Diners scan a table QR to browse, order, call a waiter, pay, and track status live; staff run it all from a role-based dashboard.

The challenge

Cafes wanted diners to order and pay from their phones without installing anything, and staff wanted one place to run live orders, menus, and tables. It also had to be built so a second cafe was a config change, not a rewrite.

Our approach

    Phone-first ordering from a QR

    Diners scan a table QR to browse the menu, order, call a waiter, pay online, and track status in real time, with no app to install.

    A role-based staff dashboard

    Staff run live orders, menus, and tables and see analytics from one dashboard, with access scoped to each role.

  3. 3

    Multi-tenant from day one

    Row-level security isolates each cafe's data and roles, so onboarding a new cafe is configuration, not a new build.

    Realtime and payments wired in

    Supabase realtime keeps order status live across diner and staff screens, with Stripe handling payments end to end.

The outcome

A live ordering platform diners use straight from their phone and staff run from one dashboard, architected so each new cafe onboards as config rather than a rewrite.
